TRUST BY DESIGN / PUBLIC PRINCIPLES
Trust is not a badge or a final checklist. It is the ongoing work of making purpose, responsibility, evidence, human judgement and recovery visible in the product and operating model.
These public principles describe how Medicine Chain Group frames early product and collaboration decisions. They do not replace institution-specific legal, security, clinical, procurement or regulatory review.
Each domain must be tested in the real setting and supported by current evidence.
Connect identity, role, purpose, permission and task state to each important action.
Make purpose, scope, retention and participant control understandable before collection or exchange.
Distinguish source knowledge, generated output and the decisions that remain with qualified people.
Define safe fallback, accountable takeover and evidence that the pathway is ready to continue.

Architecture notes, data-flow maps, access matrices, model documentation, test results, incident exercises and service procedures answer different questions. None should be presented as a universal guarantee outside its date, scope and owner.
Name the current role, decision and intended value before discussing the platform.
Identify unnecessary data, unsupported decisions and participants not yet ready.
Agree on observable value, risk signals, recovery proof and the conditions to pause.
We can use a working session to clarify roles, purpose, evidence and safeguards. Please do not send patient, credential, system or confidential organisation information.
