A trustworthy system should be able to explain what it does, what it does not do and who remains responsible.
These public principles describe how Medicine Chain Group frames early product and collaboration decisions. They do not replace institution-specific legal, security, clinical, procurement or regulatory review.

Design for interruption, escalation and recovery
Define safe fallback, accountable takeover and evidence that the pathway is ready to continue.
EVIDENCE OVER ASSURANCE
Use the right evidence for the right claim.
Architecture notes, data-flow maps, access matrices, model documentation, test results, incident exercises and service procedures answer different questions. None should be presented as a universal guarantee outside its date, scope and owner.
